Adventure Playground offers an amazing Rotorua clay bird shooting experience. Under the guidance of our fully licensed instructors, our Rotorua clay bird shooting is suitable for beginners, right through to experienced clay bird shooters. Adventure Playground’s custom clay bird shooting venue is nestled into beautiful Rotorua native bush. right 180 degrees and you’re looking at stunning views of Lake Rotorua, Mokoia Island and Rotorua City. What better location could you hope for? We have a well stocked armory of 12 gauge ‘under and over’, pump action or semi auto shotguns to suit all levels of shooter.
As always, we have a firm focus on fun & safety. No alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in our shooting activities.

If you’re new to Clay Bird Shooting, Adventure Playground’s friendly and experienced instructors will have you shooting like a ‘pro’ in no time. Rotorua High Pheasant Shooting
Adventure Playground is pleased to announce our new premium shooting activity. Our new purpose built High Pheasant Field is a premium 5 hour coaching experience, with instruction by some of New Zealand’s most respected professional shooting coaches. We can cater for groups of 6-12 shooters. A minimum of 6 shooters are required to run a clinic. Individual shooters can book online and will be notified as soon as the clinic minimum is reached.
Cost includes all ammunition and clay targets and return 4WD travel from Adventure Playground reception.
Price is only $199.00 per person, inc all ammunition & targets .
