CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 48 hours notice of any cancellation is required to avoid any cancellation fees being charged.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure or no shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

All riders and activity participants are required to sign an indemnity document. Price / Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notification. EFT-POS and Credit Card facilities are available Adventure Playground reserve the right to cancel your tour at any stage if you fail to follow all instructions during the tour.

Adventure Playground reserves the rights to cancel or amend any tour for any reason and assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to personal equipment, delays, and/or irregularities. Deposits are non-refundable.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER

When you arrive at Adventure Playground, all participants will be asked to sign into our guest check in system and read our Participation Waiver. Unless the Participation Waiver is completed and signed, Participants will not be permitted to take part in the activity of their choice. A copy of the waiver is available prior to your arrival should you request one.
